ISO certification shows that the company is aware of and complies with the requirements recognized to produce quality products. In fact, ISO (International Standards Organization) specifies requirements for a quality management system designated by numbers and a year like ISO 9001:2015.

The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by effectively applying said system. This includes implementing processes for continual improvement of the system and providing the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.

The ISO standard itself is a documented agreement containing technical specifications or other precise criteria that is used consistently as rules, guidelines, or definitions of characteristics to ensure that materials, products, processes and services are fit for purpose.
